Each model answer demonstrates: clear definition in the candidate’s own words (never recited verbatim from a textbook), a personal example showing direct involvement, reference to the relevant framework or guideline, and reflection on the impact or learning. The scoring annotations show that answers which combine knowledge with personal experience consistently outscore answers that are purely theoretical.
